All tour rules and policies apply to package vouchers including cancellation policies.
No refunds. All sales are final. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Vouchers not redeemed within the 6 months can be applied to travel for up to 1 year at 75% of the original purchase price. A 25% inactivity fee will be charged.
Vouchers are transferable. Happy Tails is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
Vouchers in a package can be used together or individually.
Vouchers must be purchased a minimum of 48 hours prior to the tour departure time. Contact us directly to discuss possible exceptions.
Each voucher is valid for up to one dog & one human. Bringing an additional dog (or human) will incur an additional charge and MUST be confirmed and paid for at the time of booking.
Availability for specific dates is not guaranteed. Seats are limited and tours fill up quickly. You must book online to reserve your seats for the tour or tours you wish to join in order to guarantee a seat. Simply having a voucher does not guarantee a seat until you book for that date.
Tour dates in the calendar may be changed at Happy Tails Tours discretion and are not guaranteed until they are booked. So if you see a date now that you want to take a tour, book now.
Happy Tails is not responsible for events outside of our control.
Upgrading: You may upgrade to a higher priced tour. Your voucher will be valued at the current price of the tour it was purchased for. You will be responsible for the difference. No credits or refunds for downgrades.
